How to Start Your Mornings

Begin with a 1-hour yoga session with Tina before retreating to the spa for 2 hours of rest and rejuvenation whilst refuelling with a smoothie.  Your morning is finished with a 30 minute back, neck and shoulder massage.

Our talented therapists will carefully design a tailored massage treatment which fits your needs, using a combination of massage techniques for a truly unique experience.

The Saturday Retreat includes:
• 1 hour yoga session (8.30am-9.30am)
• Smoothie or hot drink
• Full use of the spa and leisure facilities for 2 hours
• Mini Massage
• Towel and robe
