Animals
Dogs only. Dogs are permitted in the bar, selected bedrooms, and lodges, strictly subject to availability of a dog-friendly room. Please contact us to check the availability of suitable accommodation before booking. Additional charges apply: £15 per dog per night.

Children
Children of any age are welcome in the hotel, lodges and spa. The spa has allocated family swim times. Children aged 12 years and above are considered adults at this property. For children up to 4 years old, cots are available on request for £10 per stay.

Parking Info
Car park is free of charge to all hotel guests. Space reservation is not required. There are multiple disabled parking bays across the site.

Cocktails
Your voucher must be presented to a member of bar staff when redeeming. Redeemable during your stay only. Both cocktails must be ordered and redeemed together in a single order. They cannot be redeemed separately or at different times.

We stayed here for 3 nights. Really nice spacious room with a very large comfy bed. Nice view from the patio area which was lovely in the morning! Afternoon tea was delicious.

Lovely hotel and spa, we for 3 days to visit Eden project as quite near. Staff friendly and helpful, even before we arrived. Food was good, nice bar. Unfortunately didn’t get the weather for a good wander in the surrounding area or sit out on the lovely balcony. Would definitely repeat.

Beautiful Hotel and Grounds, location is perfect within minutes drive to Charlestown Harbour. The hotel exceeded our expectations. The Restaurant has a very good selection and every meal was amazing. We stayed for 5 nights, will return in the very near future.
