The little ones love to explore the woodland trail, with its rope swing, winding paths and giant overhanging trees. According to legend, Cornish piskies live in the ancient woods within the Hotel grounds, adding to the estate's charm and personality.

Gin Break - Just the tonic
Let the good times be gin with a Gin Break at The Cornwall. Relax with a G&T in the Hotel bar before checking into your room, kicking off your shoes and sinking into your luxurious bed.
Your gin experience begins the following day, with a taxi taking you to the wonderful Colwith Farm Distillery, where you will see the process of gin-production up close with a guided tour of the distillery. Discover the whole range of spirits (4 vodkas and 4 gins) with a tutored tasting and a welcome G&T on arrival plus a seasonal cocktail whilst making their gin! Get creative with your own copper still and craft an infused gin featuring your favourite flavours, before bottling your masterpiece to take home and share with friends.
You even get a £5 voucher* to spend in the distillery shop so if you don't want to share your hand-crafted spirit with anyone else, you can always pick up a bottle of Cornish gin and keep yours to yourself.
After your tour, tasting and crafting, your taxi will return you both to The Cornwall Hotel for a final restful night. A full Cornish breakfast is included on both days.
