We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to ‘The Cornwall’ and found your hotel and spa comfortable, relaxing and accommodating. We were particularly impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of all your staff. Our room was extremely comfortable with fantastic views of the estate.

Excellent food, excellent service. Couldn’t have wished for any more. The dinner hosts were fantastic. The food was awesome. Greg serving in the Arboretum restaurant was excellent. We had a fabulous stay thank you so much!

Staff made my partner and I feel welcomed right from the moment we walked through the door. The breakfast staff were lovely, welcoming and friendly. It was nice to see hotel staff being smiley.

We stayed from the 14th – 26th December and the hotel was everything we expected and much more! Loved the choir on Christmas Eve. The staff were brilliant, in fact there was not one member who wasn’t excellent! The meals were excellent quality and the service was perfect.

We have had a wonderful Christmas Break and are so pleased we came. The little ‘extras’ were a nice touch especially for the children. The activities were appropriate and well planned. Good Christmas atmosphere. The ladies choir were appreciated. We felt that you went that one step extra to please guests. The accommodation and food were very good. Thank you so much, we shall certainly come again even though it is so close to home. My daughters from Solihull were delighted.

Excellent service, friendly and professional. Food was exceptional and the relaxed atmosphere very pleasant. Special mention to Claire and Charlotte behind the bar who were more than attentive and superb ambassadors for the hotel.

A wonderful stay and definitely somewhere we will return to. All your staff are a credit to the hotel and in the business of making your guests feel relaxed. It’s the little things that count and everyone went the extra mile. My massage was wonderful! David and Claire plus Hannah in the Spa were extremely efficient, friendly & polite. The Spa staff were friendly cheerful and good to talk to. Thank you.
