Christmas Party Nights at The Cornwall Hotel Spa and Estate
The Cornwall Hotel Spa and Estate is a magical setting for private or corporate Christmas Parties. Dining and dancing for up to 60 guests.
Our 2011 Party Nights were a huge success! Early booking for 2012 is advised, in fact several parties have already been re-booked after the fantastic time they had with us.
We also offer dates exclusively (minimum numbers apply).
2011 package included a welcome drink, followed by a 3 course festive dinner and disco in Acorns until 12.30am.
The 2011 Party Night Menu:
Starters
Leek and Potato Soup, with herb emulsion and Yarg Welsh rarebit
Smoked Salmon and prawn plate, cream cheese, chive and lemon dressing
Country terrine of Cornish duck and pork, red wine and orange sauce
Mains
Traditional roast turkey, chestnut and onion stuffing, chipolatas and thyme gravy
Pot roast Cornish Angus beef, port jus, crisp shallots
Vegetable nut roast, shallot and cep gravy
All are served with seasonal vegetables, roast potatoes and red cabbage
Desserts
Milk chocolate pot, honey comb, salt caramel
Apple and vanilla Pavlova
Hot figgy pudding and custard
Coffee and Mince pie
We also offered special accommodation rates for guests attending Christmas Parties at The Cornwall.
